YourCraft: "The Dead Drop" (S2 E4)

In today's episode I do a little experimenting with experience farming for the first time, as a result of your votes. The design I come up with is not revolutionary by any means and is not overly fancy/complicated... but that's kinda the whole point.

The Dead Drop (as I've taken to calling it) is an extremely simple Exp farm that you can make virtually as soon as you start a new world with virtually no resources. The main drawback of the design is that it doesn't really allow for a build-up of mobs while AFK for mass Exp collection. It is intended more as a way to generate some quick exp at the earlier stages of the game.

We round out the episode by collecting some resources for a second (more complex, but still extremely resource-friendly) exp farm design I've got rattling around my brain which we'll build at the start of the next episode.

@Wackylemon64 Dispensers will only knock the mobs back if they are firing arrows. The issue with this though is that the game treats this as the dispenser doing the damage - not you - and as a result the mobs don't drop xp when they die

@jackelnuts Haha yeah, that might be a good idea. I don't have this issue often though - it's only because I had just recently got my new Logitech G19 keyboard and wasn't used to where everything was.

@brazza9880man I've tried this. The issue is that they don't push each other off but don't fall down the hall when I want them to either. I've managed to improve this design though.
