On the birth of new business ideas in technology, Simon says:

'I dont think any business idea is new, i dont think people have new, new ideas. I think most of these ideas are hybrids of technology, mash-ups, or recombinant and put together in a way that ends with users that use the site defining the way it should be.'

Bar Exchange is a social network start-up that deals with recruitment for bar and hospitality industry. A multi-tiered platform that provides a social network for bar staff, drink brands and global training for the hospitality industry.
