@OlegKostoglatov I'm with you in spirit, believe me brother, but I don't like to make the argument based on the quality issue. Because then it would logically follow that if their quality was top notch then you and I would be OK with outsourcing our jobs? No, of course not. We are against outsourcing to China because it DESTROYS the US economy.....period. I wish China the best, but we need to look out for our own economy and keep the jobs in America.

They might care when planes start falling out of the sky because of China grade maintainance, that's what I meant when I said that everyone will be sorry. It's one thing to trust them to make a pair of shoes, or pants, (even those they can't make right) but trust them with an aircraft costing 300 million dollars??? A fool's bargain that's for sure.

@PakaBubi More expensive isn't exactly true, Air Fare around the globe has dropped, and costs approximately 10% less than it did ten years ago. (inflation taken into account properly). And yet Fuel prices go up, as do maintenance costs. So Airlines have to balance these things the best they can, and since many people don't really want to pay much for tickets, It's hard for airlines to attract customers and still make money. All the latest mergers are a perfect reflection of this.

@MyleneJ My dear. I am always flying on business or first. I can afford it. The meaning of my note was, meanwhile the airlines (most of them) keep upgrading the first and business service, do nothing but rather cutting economy service and benefits, nevertheless the airfare keep getting more and more expencive.
