Toronto Mayor Ford was clearly pleased with "orderly and largely peaceful" efforts to dismantle the tent city that has occupied St. James Park since Oct. 15. A team of about 100 city staff, plus 30 vehicles, from the parks department, solid waste management, by-law enforcement, fire services, EMS, public health and shelter support and housing administration, took part in the clean up operation that began in the early morning hours.
is this movement still active ?

Generally speaking, the protesters at Occupy don't have the general public support. The average person may be hurting jobwise and financially, etc. But he or she is still eating 3 squares a day, has a roof over the head and clothes on the back.
If the shelves at the grocery store ever became empty, then you would have REAL OCCUPY by the masses in droves protesting wildly .... and violently.

End a protest? End freedom of speech. Silence people that stand up for themselves. Follow Stephen Harpers Dictatorship RULES. The people only have
rights as long as they don't use them or disagree with the RULING power. God save the KING for his power is not to be questioned. STUPIDITY IS NOW THE LAW. Don,t confuse the powers that be with FACTS.
