I filmed this over a 2 week period, approximately, documenting what food I eat, and how I prepare my meals. So far things are going great, I don't feel like I'm depriving myself at all. Maybe this gives you some ideas for your own healthy living goals. As for exercise, I have an elliptical home trainer that I go on about 3-5 times a week to do cardio, and in the future I plan to expand my exercise regiment to body weights and running outside.

    i dont' buy anything extremely expensive either. you should read more about the yolk though, it's the best part of the egg. pork isn't as expensive as salmon, a lot of produce isn't that expensive, it doesn't have to be only lettuce, you can try carrots, spinach and many others. eat watermelons, melons or prunes for fruits, that's what i do (apples and bananas have too much carb for me). i'm here to get ideas, we don't need to copy everything she does
