It is brave of you to share the whole weight loss experience it makes me think of how to better manage my nutrition. Women's bodies can be so variable because of child bearing, hormonal changes etc. I recently learned salt or the sodium content are found in so many processed and foods you would not expect to find. They are even in milk products. I will look at your other videos . Stay patient with yourself you are aware and that is half the battle.

First, I love all your videos and you seem like such a sweet person. You are so tiny! But I know how it is to set weight loss goals for yourself to feel better about yourself, not for anyone else. :D
Second my Dad lost just under 100 lbs on the low glycemic index diet. He didn't exercise other than working on his feet all day. I've lost weight on it too. You can find great recipes and info on the web, and check Amazon for books.

Don't get down on yourself too bad. What you did re grocery shopping will help you stay on point. I never weigh myself I just check how my clothes fit. When you get toned muscle is heavier than fat and you will be upset that at your weight but your size will be smaller. So what is the true goal getting smaller or that number on the scale? Measure the inches also.
