I had the music in my head for weeks, so went out and started improvising with the short staff and the music in mind. Just for fun. Level: beginner, please don't use it as example for training. It is not good enough. All constructive comments welcome.
In the training method I am following: First relax the body and practise on alignment and body mechanics. Power drills comes later, to train with power from the beginning will keep the body stiff. Power drills using your own body as weight, ankor, starting point.

Not bad for a beginner matey. I'm no pro, but I get a stick when I'm stressed and whack around sometimes, and pretend there are people all around. A really good way to calm down from stress.
