  • I have watched a lot of videos today on a wide range of topics. This is the shortest video that I watched but it was the best one by far. What value for the time! Thank you!

  • I have the same experience with my clients. I'm a webdesigner and I noticed that if I make them wait more for the finished product (even if I'm done with it) they are a lot happier to pay more without complaining about it. I can even brake deadlines if I feel that they should appreciate the website more. Is that fair? Well does it matter? They will FEEL that it's fair even though it's really not. So I would do anything to keep the customer happy ;)

  • I've seen auto mechanics have customers drop off their cars for a few hours because they didn't want the customer to know it was a few minute fix

  • Imagine being in Dan's head for just 24 hours..... What a trip o.o

  • Reminds me of Obama.

  • Good, but I favor the "duration heuristic" account raised by Prof. Catherine Yeung
