Basically its just the left 4 dead survivors on the main menu of l4d2 now of the huds for the mutation that's the screamer scavenge has Francis picking up the gas can Vs and Realism Vs is Bill and the Boomer looking at each other Instead of Coach. Single Player Louis Instead of Ellis Realism Vs same thing Play a Campaign The L4d survivors and now if you get a unknown campaign you'll get the l4d loading screen. Survival is the unknown loading Screen. And l4d2 main menu music replaced with l4d1 This Mod was not made from me i'm just posting it on youtube to show.
