1932 chassis, engine and running gear with body built in mid-90's in the style of 1930's factory race cars. In the 30's the company, Riley, won in its class at Le Mans and had a good racing pedigree. This car had originally been a four door saloon, but by the time my dad bought it about 12 years ago the car was just a chassis and engine. The chassis has been shortened and body designed and built. My father carried out all the works himself. The footage is from somwhere in Sutherland, Scotland. The roads in many parts of Western Scotland are 'passing place' - which means they are single lane - you pull into the passing place to let oncoming traffic go past.
You be careful of my Mom!

Driving too fast, I'd say. Maybe it's just the sound of the car, but looks a bit rapid to me.
