I'm certainly not Hillary's biggest supporter, but Hillary would have demolished Palin in this debate. Biden was great; I agree with Bernstein that Biden showed more knowledge of McCain than Palin, but as a woman, I feel the need for another woman to stand up to Palin's "charm" and tell her that she's not ready to be VP.

Palin didn't answer many questions, instead used talking points and did not answer how McCain would be different than Bush. Biden answered the questions and won the debate on that. At times, Palin disregarded the questions and went on her talking points. Biden made his case for Obama and pointed out McCain's flaws while answering the questions.
