  • It seems so Google to me. The Google company have done something that no other company have done. It Let the employees to develop their dreams. The enviroment is like home and most of them don't want to go to their real 'home".

In my country (Greece - Yes I am one of the lazy greeks that work 12 hours a day, and take courses when they can), there is a quote: A donkey needs the carrot and the rawhide as well, but in most of the companies use only the rawhide!

They forget the goal is the man

  • this guy knows how to speak

  • this popped up as an ad and started playing itself so i came here just to sign in and thumb it down.

  • @npflaeging Those who usually wish for no bosses usually cry for equal pay. They are usually the ones on the bottom and are young. They easily fall for this crap because of their inexperience of the real world and how it works. They also are usually targeted for political support. This is an old trick. Every so many years it gets redressed to look new. You must not be very old to have not recognized this. LoL I should know because I fell for it many decades ago when I was young.

  • @ChulaKirby Funny, the video neither argues for equal pay, nor does it imply it. So first YOU deduce something on your own, and then call it stupid. Interesting!

  • i would like to have a full vers of this video, anyone can access to phoenix's site to view the full vers?

  • -_______- Apparently some mommas forgot to teach their children a very important lesson. If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.

  • But too many chefs spoil the broth

And if everyone is the chef how is that going to work?

Focus and direction is still needed. That in turn means there is still need for an individual or a group of individuals to steer the direction of the work. This means that hierarchy is still needed.

  • Where everyone makes the same pay? ROFL This is about as stupid as stupid gets. ROFL Even if everyone has the same title there will be leaders and followers and after a while all the work and decision making and risk will be bore by these people and they will DEMAND a higher wage and respect. If not, THEY will leave or stop producing. Why? because they are being taken avantage of. In other words, a hiearchy will naturally develope. Out of survival this always happens and must to survive

  • @JasonBrumbelow Try looking in the bankruptcy bin of history. You might find quite a few names there.
