@wcotton yeah or rushing someone to hospital. I agree this is a classic example of stupid, impatient and even dangerous driving, but as you rightly say...he might be in an urgent and important situation...not necessarily the idiot driver who drives like a cunt just because he/she is late for work.

Here in Texas we have a great way to stop that Line Breaking Crap. Traffic is bad enough but when you have a lane closing and someone continues in that down'd lane over the whites trying to find someone that will let them in it drives most crazy. Worst are the lanes that everyones crawling and its so well known their lane will close ahead..SO, we use our trucks and 18 wheelers to block that ending lane about half way before it ends to FORCE the drivers to get behind the next driver and his turn
