http://www.gearlive.com - In this episode we open up the OnLive Game System. If you are unfamiliar, OnLive offers streaming gaming, similar to the way Netflix offers streaming movies. You fire up the OnLive service on your PC, Mac, or on the Microconsole (featured in this video), choose a game you want to play, and it works on demand. We give you a look at the OnLive Microconsole, as well as their wireless controller in this episode of Unboxing Live with Andru Edwards.

  • awe can u show urself actually using it so we know how it works??

  • @eobo1 Yep! We will be doing a video review as well. This was just the unboxing to show off the hardware.

  • He's giving false info on something he hasn't even tried out yet.

    1) You only use the USB to sync the controller, you can't use it with the USB on the console or even on a PC/Mac.

    2) The control buttons at the bottom on the controller are only used for recording game content or watching recorded content.

3)The controller is not "plasticy." It has a matte finish to it.

  • @JOSHxMATT False info? Maybe #1 and #2 that you listed are right...but #3? Did I not hold the controller in my hands? Matte does not imply that something doesn't feel plasticky. Black matte MacBook? Feels great. OnLive controller? Does not.
