@thebeargod23 .. i keep it basic, sit ups, and leg raises.. about 5-10 minutes each day
@ronnie411 .. absolutely... no times for playin around !!
@CallofDavey .. it does hit your rear delts, yes, but i specifically use that movement to hit my traps.
What excercises do you do for your abs?

face pulls but using that.... is that for rear delts?

Just to show doubters you work just as hard and is just as dedicated if you were doing a bodybuilding show!!
