"Yeah", "yeah". Hell yeah!

What key harp is Gary using?

If I can reach half of Gary Primich's skill on the harp, I'd be a happy man.

Thanks to David for posting this amazing insight into a guy who influenced myself and others very much here in Australia, near the end zone. The shame was we never got to see & hear him 'live' out here and I'm sure he would have liked a run down to OZ.. I'm a big fan and in my show/playing I try to carry on succinct harpin' tone he speaks of and also I give a respectful nod to blues history as he obviously accomplished in his days. So... RIP Gary, your music and lovin' vibe lives on forever.

I toured with Gary last year with my band The Wildcards around Europe. We had a ball, Gary was truly awesome as a musician and a man. We never heard the harp played that well and never will again.
We recorded his song Hoodoo Preacher for our new album and he loved the version "more than his own", he was always kind and generous that way, always encouraging.
we've lost a good friend and the blues World has lost it's best harp player and songwriter.
God bless you Gary, you'll be missed.

Good to hear from you Jason. Gary will be missed. The interview is over an hour long and we get into some really cool topics... something for the future. Take care.
