In response to the call for videos for Dr. Jill Biden's October 5, 2010 White House Summit on Community Colleges, NCC student Nicole Williams commented on how her community college experience has effected her life. Nicole is speaking in the Norwalk Community College Tutoring Center where she works part-time as a math tutor.
Norwalk Community College is one of the largest of Connecticut's 12 public, two-year colleges and a national model for workforce training, educational partnerships, curriculum development and technology initiatives.

  • The only thing I would add to the Community College is more afternoon and evening classes and very important weekend classes. A lot of people are working full time and have no other way to attend College but evenings and weekends.

    Thanks.

  • I love this College, it gave me the opportunity to start my education in America, and I am proud to be a student at NCC!!

    Good luck Nicole!!
