Conqueror 5 or some other badge 5. I don't remember which. It's not worth Planet Bustering them anyway - the total approximate cost of Planet Bustering every single grox planet would be probably somewhere around 5,000,000,000 sporebucks.

If you're at war with them, they will attack relentlessly with the strongest ships in the game, and are well capable of wiping out your colonies. The only way to stop them once they've started is to destroy them.
