My first attempt at making a slideshow - Using Windows Movie Maker (of course).

  • super, super, thanks! is that lilly Delk Christian singing?

  • No, I'm pretty sure it's Evelyn Laye.

  • I was the only 5th grader in 1972 with a t-shirt that read "I love Gary Cooper." Thanks for the lovely tribute to my first crush. :)

  • I wish I had a T-shirt like that!!

You were one lucky 5th grader.... Did you have a photo of him under the text? ;)

  • Thank you for honoring Coop on his 106th birthday! He is my all time favorite!!

  • Oh boy, mine too! I just adore this man!

Thanks so much for the kind comment! :)

  • How nice of you for sharing this wonderful footage with us. Coop remains my reference when it comes to fine acting and great actors for he was the one and only in cinema history. Best wishes from São Paulo, Brazil.

  • Beautiful! Congratulations!

I loved the music and images! Gary Cooper deserves many tributes today and always!

  • Wonderful tribut!

Beautiful pictures, lovely song - great work!

    Thank you for sharing!

  • The music goes nicely with the footage. Lovely. Cooper was so handsome.

  • Gary Cooper and Clark Gable. They were my tops of all. The song also went to nice with these pictures. Thanks a mil.

  • Well i knew i had to find out for sure who the singer was in that theme song. It's Eva Taylor with Clarence Williams Jazz band. It is on an American Columbia 14362-D record. She is listed as Irene Gibbons on the record. Just super. Thanks

  • thanks, but it sure dosent sound like any Evelyn Laye records i have. Sounds like a black singer or mabey its late in her career, anyway i would like to have that recording. thanks again.
