Guitar Hero 3 - Weird Online Glitch

I have no idea what caused this glitch but it's so cool.

Here's what happened:
I joined my friend's room and he chose the song "The Pretender." In the top left corner of my screen I see it says "Slash Guitar Battle." I'm like "WTF?!" Then the game starts and I see the song is actually "Welcome to the Jungle" and the notes are scrolling down my screen but I'm still on the set list and my friend (you probably know him as the "Behind You! Guy") was playing the real song how it's supposed to be played. Really, really weird...

Notes:
Excuse my poor playing but I wasn't trying... Too busy laughing. Plus I could barely see the notes and couldn't tell what was a HO/PO and what wasn't.

Slow ride is playing because the cursor is over it on the setlist. Also it's a glitch. Glitches cause weird shit to happen.

Read the description. And look at the screen. They where playing Welcome to the Jungle, but the music playing was Slow Ride because He was at the setlist, at the very top.

That is a bad punishment. Stuck listening to the same lines of Slow Ride while you are trying to play another song.
