Enjoyed your video. I commute daily from the Experimental Farm area to Chemin Pink in the Gatineau on my Catrike Road. I got the Catrike this summer after a road bike accident on the way to work. Nasty broken clavicle was the result and Dr said "no biking this summer". So picked up a Catrike and can ride it with no stress to the healing bones. Traffic seems to give me lots of clearance compared to my road bike :-)

I ride my Vision R-50 in morning and afternoon commute traffic in Southern Maryland and it's a very interesting part of my day.
Good video, I have to ask.....
Where can I get a flag like the one on that lead trike? Thanks

@WebDogZcom - Good question! I actually made that flag for Ruth's Catrike from a hunting vest. Description on how it was done on our Catrike Diary at the link above (stupid You Tube won't let me post the link down here.

looks like the suburbs of austin,tx. how fast can you actually get though? seems fun.

@jcc2150 I am sure it looks like the suburbs of just about any North American city. How fast can I get on my Catrike Speed? On a flat stretch of road 35 km/h, going down that hill easily 50 km/hr, you just want the lights at the bottom to be green and not red!

Yes, as the video caption says "Ruth shows that it is no problem on her Catrike Trail, riding in Tuesday noontime traffic in south Ottawa, Ontario, Canada."
