  • And asking for money before a majlis is not something wrong......it is like a doctor who wants to help but when he gets money he can fulfill his basic needs of life...so by a doctor asking for money does it mean he does not want to help people?....i think the word money was used in order to value the speakers because these days speakers r being looked down upon and this speech was made for people to spend more for aakherah....and it is indeed not invalidating the sanctity of the mimbar

  • And it does

  • And a contract before a majlis is necessary because it makes a speaker responsible of what he says and how he says it....and a contract before a majlis makes a person more mindful on what he says because he will be worried that if he says something which disunites the community, the money he will earn or get is haraam whereas if there is no contract, then i dont think so a speaker will be more mindful...

  • And the speaker did not say that majlis-e-hussain is a footballmatch, what he meant was that if we can spend so much for the worldly benefits, then why not for the aakherah spend much more and earn thawab....and if a speaker charges money and says something wrong in the mimbar then he is responsible for the money he takes by saying unlawful things

  • do u think that he thought his child because of money???I think the word money in the speech meant value and that we should value our speakers...........and another thing we all pay khums (part of furuedeen) does it mean the sehme imam part is not allowed for the mujtahid to take because according to ur speech i think that people should recite majlis but should not get paid...i think the concept of money was used that we should appreciate our speakers

  • Some doctors are there who work for the sake of Allah (SWT) and for the sake of helping people but they still receive money so by receiving money, does it mean that the doctor is not working for Allah (SWT)?? And also why did imam hussein (as) give money to the muallim who taught his child Bismillahir rahmani rahim...

  • Brother i think you misunderstood the context in which the word demanding money was used.....i am also now asking that e.g. if we go to the doctor, the doctor will either take money from us after treating (a fixed amount) or the doctor will be paid by the government according to the number of patients he treats.
