Shocked...SHOCKED, I say. Didn't know ol' girl had it in her, but glad I stumbled upon the song. God knows I'm not likely to be exposed to it through the radio and its same set of songs, and/or similar sounding cookie cutting music format. Thx for posting.

Sung beautifully.Yes,I know it's a metaphor,the first part makes sense but it contradicts itself after TakeMeOut TakeMeOut.That's when it just relies on Melon Collie.Take that out and it lacks depth as far as a story goes.Listen to Paul Kelly's "Deeper Water"although he sings in an up beat tempo if you listen to the lyrics,the words hit you in it's simplicity with out having to stir emotion through melody.True song writing.Simpsons REF Making teenagers depressed is like shooting fish in a barrel

@viejachancletuda Yes...it is sung beautifully but the lyrics have no real depth to it.Listen to Paul Kelly's "Deeper Water" that is true story telling.Beautifull in it's simplicity with out being melon collie.
