This poor seal was lifeless when we found him on the side of the sea... he had been laying there for awhile... We could tell he needed help.. any other seal would have left at a sight of us... but he ... barely moved... he was dried out... he had a cut on his back with flies that were eating him alive..
So we started throwing water on him, that woke him up... but .. you could see he still needed that little push to make it to the water since the tide was going down, he wouldnt reach the water for a fiew hours , He would have probably died... so we help him out !..

He has alot more chance in the water then ashore where anyone can hurt him while hes already down...

  • Lol ...for som reason i found this funny. =]

  • They are good people, because they are probably from Charlo, where people respect good values

  • cut on its back probably coulda used a little rinsing out anyway by the sounds of it. Lord knows the salt water would only help it heal.

  • Whatever the seal was doing, the humans were only trying to help and they did no harm. If there was a cut on its back and it was getting infested with flies a dip in the briny sea would only serve to clean out its wound. Yay humans.

  • @MrScouse91 thats because we rolled him down to the shore.

  • @AnimalGuardian71 Watching this im more inclined to believe your right he just looked like he was basking he had no trouble getting into the water.

  • @AnimalGuardian71 oh, and we werent poking HIM, we were poking the sand around himrolling him closer to the sea.. because we knew he was hurt and e didnt wanna hurt him more.. :]

  • Soo adorbale. You're such a good person!!
