  • Im gonna need more power captain!

  • I like the design of your jig,but the drill just doesn't have enough power.i would sugest to mount the tennon cutter on a permanent motor.you could probably adapt a large bench grinder or just go to a local shop for a motor.the shop my work buys it's hvac supplies from can get any kind of motor made.keep up the good work.

  • had to play the start of this video 5-6 times cos i thought (and i was right) you said Tendon cutter??? Forget the safety goggles WATCH THE TENDONS!!!! All this has taught me is how to damage or burnout your drill !!! Nice jig though !

  • you wasted your money on that tenon cutter, get a 3.5hp router and cut your tenons using a 1/2" dia router bit that the cutter head is 3/4" OD w/ tungstein carbide cutters and cut a tenon in half the time

  • nothing wrong with those tenon cutters.. like he said should use a bigger drill. great jig

  • wow...after seeing this video, I will never even consider buying one of those cutters. nice setup though!

  • very nice!

  • That cutter would drive me crazy but YOUR slider idea is wonderful. Thank you

  • Hi From Northern Ontario,
