Hi there,
Actually, Falcon Eye is an Infusion IP built from scratch over Microsoft's Virtual Earth.
I'm not familiar with all the Surface apps out there, but I imagine there could easily be similarities between various globe controls on the Surface as there are only so many ways to intuitively manipulate something like a globe.
