  • No evidence strength training helps with rowing?! Does she mean to just row, or win races? There's plenty of evidence for the latter. Sounds like she needs to blow her nose or clear her throat. There's a lot of mucus there. Poor girl.

  • @oneworldfamily there are some crews who never lift weights, only get on the water, erg, and run. they can still win. for example kenyan runners (no doubt the fastest runners in the world) never step foot in the gym. they just run, run, and run some more.
