It's called an iZ made my Zizzle. I got one five years ago when K-Mart was going out of business. It's fun to mess around with. You can hook it up to an MP3 player. It also burps and farts when you push his stomach too much.

The irony of that last is the icing on the cake. Those mouse pads are a terrible breach of flag etiquette: Not only is the flag not to be used as a decoration, think of how filthy mouse pads get! :s (And to think that they nailed Abbey Hoffman to the wall for wearing a shirt that merely had design elements of the flag, without actually being arranged as one.)
