The animation highlights in a graphic way how alcohol can be such a damaging force to individuals and their loved ones - Little Kim came from a discussion about our own life experiences. The idea of an 8 year old girl helped us to tell our story without it being about any one of us in particular. Our message is that heavy drinking harms families but its not as simple as that." but i do appreciate the amount of work that goes into a project like this, i do animation myself and i know how hard it is. I also appreciate you use flash, which i personally find very difficult compared to hand-drawn stuff so massive respect for you guys in learning how to use it and making it look so proffessional. And good on you for doing it for a good cause, i just think the message should be alot clearer if you want it to hit hard. People need to be able to relate!
loved it! Loved the shadow of the dad. Though slipping on a bottle? Not amazingly serious but very possible. It was her face when she was lying on the floor that lost the seriousness for me :D but it soon came back to 'serious' with her fathers reaction. nice work
