Conflict between the U.S. and Russia is increasing

The U.S. regards Russia's plans for naval exercises with Venezuela in the Caribbean as a response to America locating it's ships in the Black Sea, says Charles Kupchan, Professor of International Relations at Georgetown University in Washington DC.

@MrTrajan69 Russia is pretty much self reliant so stopping their ships wont achieve much. Where are you going to park all these aircraft carriers you are going to build, the north sea? You are fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan, where are your troops coming from and how many a day can you land in Russia. Meanwhile their subs are cutting your shipping to ribbons of your coast and they can also lob missiles into the US. Stick to fighting the soft targets you are having trouble with now.
