Around 1/3 of New Orleans' residents are still displaced from their homes. To spread awareness and gain donations for The Phoenix of New Orleans organization we want to utilize what Louisiana is known for, seafood. Our idea is to ask restaurants, markets and grocery stores that carry Louisiana seafood to feature a simple message on menus and on packaging. The message sheds light on fact that New Orleans still needs help and allows people to easily donate by texting from their phone.
