I Will Run

This song was written by one of the 2010 Living Light School of Worship students for graduation. That's me on drums...this song was arranged in about a week, so there's no real fancy drum work here since we didn't have much time to work on it...umm...let's see...interesting things to note, I had only played in 6/8 once previous to learning this song, & the bridge switches between 6/8 & 2/8 every other bar. That was fun. Haha.

That's really good,I've got one suggetion though.It seems a little loud for the music you are playing,the drumming in overpowering everything else.Just ease up a little and it would be perfect.Also i don't know what sticks you use but i used hotrods and zildjian jazz stick when i played that style and they work really well.

@kenny21689 Thanks, yeah it wasn't so loud when we practiced at a different building, but we didn't realize the acoustics of the room were going to be quite so bad. :oP We upped the sound & I pulled back quite a bit on my playing, but it just didn't seem to make a difference.
