  • This album which featured this classic remake of the Bobby Womack's tune,is just one of many great songs. I have the original album. And it is a gem. Hard to find but if you do.you will surely enjoy!

  • Thank you Tony O'Malley for your contribution to music, your choices of material, and outstanding musicians to keep you company. I still have the original Kokomo album (in mint condition of course) of which this tune was featured, and your rendition of the Bobby Womack classic is still in the pocket. Say Hello to our musical brothers and sisters all over the world, and tell them "Downtown DV" is grrovin' with them here stateside. Ciao

  • Excellent live version.

    Though Bobby Womack's original was superb...this has ALWAYS been UBER-MEGA-ULTRA *SUPERB*..as well as an ALL-TIME RAVE-FAVE o'mine!

    Mark Smith, R.I.P.
