Biman Bangladesh ist, seitdem Northwest Airlines ihre Flüge mit dem Typ im Januar 2007 eingestellt hat, die letzte Fluggesellschaft weltweit, die noch McDonnell Douglas DC-10 im Linien-Passagierverkehr einsetzt. Unter anderem ist die vorletzte produzierte Passagier-DC-10 Teil der Flotte.

Für insgesamt 60 euro war ich ca. 1 1/2 h in den 70ern. Ich hatte auch zugang zum cockpit. Leider kein video, da die bengalischen piloten angst vor sanktionen hatten. lg und danke fürs gucken

Merkwürdig, indeed! The old boiler sure can pull off an impressive hair-dryer reverse thrust. Just the pitch I love. DAC sure appears like BOM: wet pools & shanty hutments on finals though the slums are not so cheek by jowl as BOM where they flank the edge lighting -- almost. Presume you skirted past downtown and then its over Basundhara/Uttara? Can't tell as I'm unaware of the alignment. But v. enjoyable video which I love repeating.
