It's Samsung Syncmaster 226CW Monitor manufactured on 2007. Of course warranty is expired.

CALL SAMSUNG, THEY SHOULD REPAIR YOUR SCAM TV. OR AT LEAST WE HAVE TO TRY.

I have a 46" Samsung LCD and I have the exact same problem. It started when the TV was 1/2 month out of warranty. First call to Samsung was on September 9th. It is currently in a repair shop for the 4th time, because they can't fix it. We are now trying to get them to replace the TV. Has anyone had any success doing this?

Yes i did have it replaced. Mine was under warranty the whole time though. Took about 6 service calls and the samsung field tech who was really cool said "hell with it, just replace it."

does that tv have built-in speakers
koreanpeter 3 years ago
Yes it has built in speakers, but i dont use them. I have all of my inputs into the back of the TV, then I have one optical output to my surround sound receiver. The sound wont work unless the TV is on. I disabled the internal speakers
