Telecorp Products develops, sells and supports solutions for the call and contact center markets. Our new product, MCCS (Multiplatform Call Center Suite) offers realtime statistics, reporting and many other utilities for the Nortel, Avaya (Lucent) and Cisco PBX platforms. We offer the only solution allowing an organization to combine information from these disparate PBX platforms.

Being an entirely web based package, MCCS allows great flexibility not only with the desktop PC's within your organization, but on your handheld devices or cell phones equipped with a browser. In this video, we take a quick look at the MCCS Home screen, a completely customizable page that is a supervisors quick source of information on what is going on in their call center. We first look at a fully featured Home screen on a traditional desktop PC. Then we also go to this page on our handheld device, illustrating that just because a call center manager or supervisor even away from their desk, you can still monitor activities in real time.
