If people wouldn't use such classless language, things like this wouldn't happen. Of course, the officer was wrong for lecturing her at that particular moment, but she should have been able to express herself without feeling the need to swear.

The guy's been there for twenty years and a person has never called in and swore while they were in a panic? NEVER?! I've never been in a situation where I've had to call 911 but I swear just when I drop my soda on the floor so knowing me I'd be swearing like a drunken sailor by the time the person picked up the phone but I'd still be pretty cooperative. The guy never even attempted to ask what the problem was... WTF?!

She deserve to be right! That crooked cop, should be fired and sued. Any other cop could of done it professionally and get an ambulance. People will panic and swear b/c it's a scary situation to see something having a seizure or dying on the floor. I hope his job ended already. Cop = EPIC FAILURE!

Come on seriously?!? What was this guy thinking? I've been a 911 Dispatcher for almost two years and I've been cursed at, but I take into consideration what's going on on the other side of that phone.
