  • I started doing this today. I've gotta learn the jump through vinyasa. I had a good laugh at my efforts so far. Practice, practice... Thanks for the video

  • For beginning this exercise use higher blocks(make sure they are stable). And cross your ankle and just swing back and forth a few times...work up to 10 times with 3 sets. This will get you started. The exercise shown is advanced.

  • There are beginning exercises to work up to this particular one. For example, one accessible for most is lifting up on higher blocks and just rocking back and forth 10 times...working up to 3 sets. I will post some exercises soon. Jonathan.

  • Your welcome. You can work up to 25 reps and then do 3 sets. I am working on more videos to show more advanced exercises.

  • Can you tell me what music you're using...and thanks for the video. I use this technique also but haven't tried pulling my legs up like that after jumping through. I bet that really develop strength quickly.

  • I started doing jump through only after 1 month of conditioning. I did hanging leg lifts on a pull up bar ,the way gymnasts practice during their training.
