Yep. Same exact thing happened to me on Interchange. Have it on my File Share. Only I wasn't the victim. This guy and I spawned 2 inches away from each other and he was running in front of me. Also, I have died by a guy who shot and then threw a grenade. Well he shot me and I died by his gun, re spawned and died by his grenade. MW3... smh.
