Hanson- "Carry You There" from Nashville Writer's Round; 2009 CRS showcase

Hanson played "Carry You There" for the first time at a Nashville CRS showcase. The showcase was on April 2, 2009 and took place at The Mercy Lounge. Other songwriters included Mark Hudson (who produced 3 Hanson albums), Victoria Shaw and Gary Burr.

This was a very memorable night for me. It was wonderful to see Hanson embrace the fact that they are songwriters in this very unique and inspiring Writers Round. I was so privileged to be there and will not soon forget it!

So glad they're still making music. From the teenybopper days, when I was 12, until now.. I turned 24 this year -- I've always loved the music these guys have made. They've grown so much as musicians. Hope they're around for a while.

Ike is my favorite singer in the bunch. I agree about Taylor: sometimes he sounds like he's enunciating through his nose rather than from his throat. He's a great singer, still. More Zac on the next album, I hope! The Walk was the first time I really *heard* Zac sing.
