I am going to show you how to make super great tasting crab cakes. Using simple steps, readily available ingredients and with spiced up tunes in the back ground. If you like to email me for any questions please feel free to do so. Here is the recipe. You can email at nothintohide@gmail.com

Recipe for the Crab Cake Mixture;

1 pound jumbo lump crab meat
¼ cup fine chopped white onions
¼ cup small diced celery
¼ cup small diced red bell pepper (optional)
2 table spoon chopped fresh parsley or chive (optional)
1 each fresh lemon
¼ cup panko bread crumbs
2 each whole fresh eggs
2 table spoon mayonnaise
2 table spoon Dijon mustard
½ table spoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tea spoon Tabasco
1 tea spoon old bay seasoning
½ tea spoon celery salt
To taste kosher or fine coarse sea salt and white ground pepper
Olive oil for searing the crab cakes

  • Hey, I made your cab cakes and they are some of the best i have had. I didnt use "chicken of the sea" jumbo crab meat, i use "Maryland jumbo lump blue crab" but it was still very good. i hope to see more seafood recipes from you.
