  • I want a hard drive that works on both PC and Mac at the same time.

Also, what the heck is "time machine ready"?

  • The FreeAgent Go for PC is "Read/Write" on Windows and is "Read" on a Mac. The FreeAgent Go for Mac is unreadable via Windows and only works on a Mac.

Time Machine is an app that comes with MacOS version 10.5.x. It's a backup utility that we've set up the FreeAgent Go for Mac to automatically work with.
