  • Nice truck. I just got my first vehical about a month ago. It's a 1999 chevy s-10 2X4 4.3L V6 like yours, except mine is a 4 speed auto, and it has a short cab and it's white. Watching this really makes me want to make a video of mine now and post it to YouTube.

  • @SuperSecretFox too bad this was only 240p. i love my extended cab but sometimes i wish i didnt have it just to be lighter, a stock 4.3 reg. cab s10 will move it! I still own her, just hauled a big load of mulch today, she squated down but you couldnt even tell it was there with the 4.3 under the hood and its definatly not flat around here!

  • @MossyOak83 yea so true, the 2x4 single cabs move faster i got an 03 single cab longbed 4.3 and she screems lol

  • @Mikeyssss Im pretty much in love with the 4.3 they are very torquey little guys, and mine has handled my abuse so far and I've got a few friend that also have 4.3's under the hood that run great as well. Although she has some body rust now she still runs like a top, but i will be needing a clutch soon.

  • I see you're a mossy oak fan. I love mossy oak, I've got a mossy oak hat I wear it all the time. I thought of getting seat covers like yours at napa

  • @MossyOak83 same here I hauld 3 loads of wood today, and mine squated down in the back and my 4.3 engine does a fantastic job. and it's not flat here either, lots of hills and bumps. I don't put too much weight in the back though. I want to take it easy on the springs. In the winter I could put a few sand bags in the back for weight so she doesn't slide I've been told. 240p is fine. I can see the detail pretty good

  • @SuperSecretFox yes, that is correct.

  • @tgredneck I think the automatic is only a 4 speed. The standard is 5 speed. But I could be wrong

  • You go muddin and I got the same year but the vortec zr2 5spd she runs smooth. Bumper and quarter panels rusted over from last winter but she a head turner
