@joeysmokesz195 Well clearly he did look before he turned otherwise that biker would be toast. Maybe if a car is braking, and indicating, right next to a turn, then it's a fair bet that it's going to turn and it would be a terrible idea to pass at that point. @mRmodderELITEx Originally bought the helmet cam for my bike, so it's still a bit of a new toy at the moment but having seen the amount of retards driving on the roads these days, I've started using it in the car too... Also might come in handy for insurance purposes should something serious happen..

Were the indicators on, you spotted him in the mirror?
I did something similar once but it was at very slow speed they suddenly decided to turn right and I swerved and turned right as well, no accident.

@gaz545 That was the closest I've ever been to killing someone in the Twenty years I've been driving... well killing himself actually but you know what I mean.. I only took the car to work this morning because the Bike tyre was flat when I got up (bad repair on one of the wheels from yesterdays incident I asked for your thoughts on)
