I disagree with the premise of your intro (because who would argue with Rothbard?) Epstein is not advocating violence to organize society as an objective. He specifically states that a flat tax is a second best solution. He concedes that the provision of public goods via market based pricing would be preferable but is impractical. He also acknowledges that the more goods and services which remain on the public accounts the more inefficient the system becomes. (Cont.)

PLL tend to laff at the fact that we used to try animals in court during the middle ages in England.

It makes perfect sense because the commoners were also tried in those same courts ergo they were classified as beasts of the field and easily dispossessed from owning land. You have a similar system (albeit a modern variant) at work today in America made concrete in the small print of your corporately drafted laws, only claim to God given rights can defend you from this assault on human spirit.

Yes. That's true, and only because most people think they are entitled to do so. It's embarrassing really.

Hi M - Why do people insist on stealing the wealth of everyone else? Surely if everyone steals from everyone else then the net benefit must be less than zero. Of course each individual must believe has a potential to profit, otherwise he wouldn't engage or condone the activity. These fuckers who proclaim that people must be robbed to benefit society are obviously just nasty hypocritical little cunts. (Of course Rothbard puts it a bit more eloquently) Nice vid - Thanks
