This exercise is good for strengthening the front calve which sometimes is neglected. If you feel shin splint like symptoms this exercise should help that front muscle to develop.
great video man, simple and understandable - some of those work out instructors are utterly confusing, and i'm a bloody med student, you would expect me to understand what the hell they are talking about!
This is exactly what i needed, a simple clear instruction for making my anterior calf muscle stronger, and maybe they'll stop hurting so damn much when i'm running.
Amazing, i have patella tendonitis and have to work all lower body muscles to help with with the pain and pressure dependency, never thought i'd find results for exercises for my tibialis anterior muscles.
thank you so much! i have been battling shin splints, which has lead to my arch collapsing and ive done countless hours of research and ive finally realized something. I simply need to strengthen the anterior tibialis. So simple, but it looks effective.
simple - the best !!!
