Fuck Metallica is a joke. Lemmy and James are friends and both bands have huge respect for each other. Lemmy has played on stage with Metallica a few times and both James and Lars say he's one of the main reasons there even is a Metallica.

Motorhead is pure rock n roll trashed out.

Take this for example. Enter Sandman is one of Metallica's shittiest songs, and Motorhead have made it actually listenable.
