• Practice using base ten blocks to model related sums and differences, along with learning techniques for transitioning
from manipulatives to the algorithm

• Use base ten blocks to model single-digit times double-digit numbers, double-digit times double-digit numbers, and
techniques for transferring from manipulatives to the algorithm
