Dude, you can smoke, you will not have a bad trip, and smoking will not harm your body more or less during accutane.. BUT, it will slowen the healing process, because smoking close your pores. So its up to you, if you want to get healed faster, try smoking soccially.

im on this stuff 4 over 2 months and i drink allot. twicw a week n college and no side effects besides the dry lips. i got 2 blood tests bak and there perfect. i also eat fast food. acne is starting to improve. my skin is realy red tho. i must but that emu shit!!
