Battlefield 3 Awesome 1200m Headshot !!

Got bored in the morning and decided to try long range sniping on Operation Firestorm when i got this lovely shot ! My personal best is 1554m but not recorded on video :(

Now this is real sniping. How do you tell how far each shot is?

@JAGodSCR34M by using the range markers in the scope, which varies of course from scope to scope. Learning the drop of a bullet helps for each riffle, M98B having the least drop of them all.

@kkklegal1 not in bf3 ( except headshots ) unless you play hardcore. But it does do 95% damage at close range , 75 -50% at longer range.

@kkklegal1 i wouldn't say which is better when it comes to riffles but the L96 is a very good riffle. It all depends on how you play and what you prefer in the fine details. You will like the L96 i think :)

@MrDiddymandarlo BF3 has camper too snipers always in the mountain and in MW3 i make the campers rage quit ahah anyway i like both games , both games have they're up and down

Quick story, related to sniping...Not saying anything, but there was this one guy who got a headshot on 6 of my team mates with the M98 while we were running, at 1 second intervals, without missing once, it was...impressive, but given my state of mind at the time i was oozing adrenaline. The only reason I survived was because he had to reload, given the 5+1 clip, I hid behind an enemy tank.. which not suprisingly ran me over. Guy had 23000+ kills with the M98.. Nice vid by the way!

@MrDiddymandarlo yes and If you play mw3 correctly with guys you know then you will need teamwork. And if you are not a complete loser at bf3 then you have to move after each kill if you dont want to be knifed in the back or killed by a sniper half way across the map.

IN MW3, u just get pussy campers, and squeakers on the mic. in BF3,at least its fukin realistic, thats why it won "best online gameplay" so stfu, your just jealous of my top comment. i laugh at how u think u need a strategy in MW3, what strategy? nobody works as a team in MW3,it never happens at all. you clearly have not played BF3 if you think you can get 5-0 easily, since after each kill u make, it shows to the enemy your postion. so, dont talk shit

@MrDiddymandarlo Omg Bf3 and Mw3 is two complately different games and you have to use a good sense of strategy and skill to even get a good kd in Mw3. In Bf3 its not hard to be like 5-0 but its hard to get kills but in Mw3 it is easy to get 30-35 kills but you will die 20 times. So dont talk crap about a game you dont know shit about.

some people complain that recons don't capture objectives, or arm m-coms, but are they really supposed to do that? Unless you equip a shotgun or PDW, you shouldn't get close to the objectives.
